GWG games vanishing from the Ready to install list?

Hey there,

just found a topic in reddit (xbox one forums) about some GWG games disappearing from the "ready to install" list and decided to check myself. Indeed, some of the games are gone from the list and are now prompting me to pay up so I can get access to them
again.

I've never missed any of the GWG deals since it began on xbox one and I renew my gold subscription yearly (every january). While not all games were stellar, some of them were in my backlog to play sometime during months with no games of my interest.

Is this a temporary bug from the store (or even the updated dashboard) or are we losing our GWG licenses, like, totally out of the blue?!

Ready to Install issue

Several months ago, I upgraded from an Xbox One to the One X. Since the upgrade, I've had issues with my Ready to Install games not showing under the Ready to Install section. I've downloaded every Games with Gold since the program started, but I'm only
seeing approximately 12 of the most recent games under the GwG section.

I have a 2 TB external hard drive and upon unplugging the external, my entire game library appears in Ready to Install. Upon plugging the external back in, all owned but not installed games are no longer visible. I made sure to change my viewing of Ready
to Install and GwG sections from all storage devices. Suggestions?

Found another topic about the same problem in this subforum and tried to start one of the games listed there (D4).

The game will not start, asking if I have the license for it. '

 

I'm having the same issue.

Quantum Break is saying I don't own it and valiant hearts the great war missing from ready to install list. There may be others too. :\

Since this thread is over a couple months old, please post a new thread detailing the issue you're encountering so the community can provide support directly to you. Keep in mind you must have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription to access Xbox One Games
with Gold you've already downloaded.
