    I have set my sons xbox up and all the social club account is correct email and everything but his character wont transfer, it says at the end of the process immediately without thinking sorry we cant transfer at this time please contact rockstar help or
    what ever, he has such a good profile on his 360 and will be devastated if it wont transfer over. please can someone help me.

    how to turn off family setting without going into an adult account

    having a bit of trouble guys my son has an xbox one with only a childs account on it witch was transferred from his 360 but it has parental lock on so he cant play online and I for the life of me cant think how to turn them off can anyone help

    Hi Guys

    When we bought my son his xbox one his gamer tag was created under my personal email address because of his age and so we could keep an eye on him. We now want to transfer it so he can log in with his own email and password instead of him asking me to log
    him in all the time and I definatly dont want to give him my password! The question is how do I transfer all his gamer tag data and xbox live subscritiption?

    There can only be 15 characters in an Xbox Live gamertag. How long is your son's? If you are having trouble entering it in, play a game with him and select his gamertag from the lobby and select "Send friend request" or have your son send you one.

    Harassment to a whole new level

    To an admin. I need help. A guy last night was harassing my son. In game and then afterwards in messaging him. I got on my account to tell him to cut it out and I get a 1 day chat ban. Who can help me on this. I showed my son how to report each and every message and did so on my account too but I get a chat ban?! This guy was swearing, using gay and homophobic slurs and sent my son a picture of his male parts. This is absurd. Please help and fix this situation.
