Guy forced me to pay for his gamertag

Buying and selling gamertags is against the Terms of Use. If he willingly changes his GT then you would be able to use it. Otherwise the only way GTs are released is if they remain inactive (owner doesn't log in on the account) for 5 years. I would recommend
choosing a different GT.

You guys are NOT getting it. You guys have insulted me, slandered me, sexually harassed me by calling me a microaggressions. Now you want me to pay to change my name gamertag that calls me a Big[mod removed? I don't think so. I guess I'll have to see
you guys in court. To make me pay money to have an offensive gamertag changed that you guys forced me to have??? No way. Not happening.

you can only get a forced gamertag change when people complain about the gamertag, because it is offending or against the terms of use or anything, so I don't think you will get a forced gamertag changefor the gamertag, which would mean that you have to
pay for the gamertag chance for be able to chance it.

Unfotunately a forced gamertag change can't be appealed, you can change this random one but you will have to pay for it.
