    Gummy Drop In-app Purchases


    This isn't really for X-Box, but rather a game I installed from the Microsoft Store on a Windows 10 PC.

    I downloaded and installed Gummy Drop from the Microsoft Store several months ago. I decided I wanted to purchase the two extra lives (for a total of 5 lives) for $9.99, but when I click on the item in the game, it always says "You must be connected to the
    internet and signed into your app store to make purchases." I am most definitely connected to the internet, and I have tried to make the purchase while having the Microsoft Store open at the same time, just to make sure I was signed in, but Gummy Drop does
    not seem to recognize that. There seems to be no connection to the Microsoft store, but I do get any game updates that seem to take place, like changes in game play, or seasonal changes for things displayed in the game, like at Halloween and Christmas. What
    do I need to do to actually make any in-game purchases that are offered?

    Before we try any different solutions, please check that after reinstalling your windows all updates are installed, the latest system version is 21H1, if not up to date, please download the latest version via windows update.

    *If windows are already up to date, please try the solution below.

    Go to Windows settings

    Applications

    Applications and Features

    Search the Game

    Click on it

    advanced options

    Click repair

    - If the problem persists, choose the restore option

    * If this option above does not solve the problem, please uninstall and install the game again.

    - If none of these options resolve the issue, I recommend that you contact game support as it is a specific issue with the game. Only developers will be able to give you more details of why this problem is happening. To contact them use the link below.

    Why can't I download Gummy Drop to my tablet? Had it before on here via Microsoft. Says I have it but doesn't have a play button!

    Hi, I have a Samsung tablet. I haven't checked the library thing but will do now. It didn't have a library item for Gummy Drop. The store says "you own this game" but I can't find it anywhere on my system! ARGH!
