    Guitar controllers alternate power sources?


    I own both a fender jaguar and a gh live guitar controller, a charge cord for regular Xbox one controllers and am out of batteries. Would the charger cord be able to plug into either guitar or is there any other way of powering them aside from batteries?

    Guitar Hero. It's pretty addictive but would require guitar controllers unless you play Guitar Hero 3 or GH: Aerosmith. They have standard controller support.

    Hi, no, they don't have the connections to use a charge cord. Your only option is to use regular AA batteries.

    Unless you know a bit of electronics and build yourself a battery adapter from a power supply that provides 3V, and two wooden pegs the size of AA batteries, some nails as battery contacts on the pegs and a little bit of McGyvering to make an adaptor that
    emulates two AA batteries, the answer is no.

    The Guitar controllers can only be powered by two AA batteries.

    Hi, do you have any guitar hero controllers laying around ? It has happened in the past where a guitar hero controller is powered on and having the buttons pressed by something laying on top of it.

    It may also be another controller laying around somewhere.
