    Guilty Gear Strive DLC issue


    Hello,

    I’ve recently downloaded the game Guilty Gear Strive and saw that there was a free DLC pack within the game labelled as “GGST Guilty Gear 25th Anniversary Appreciation Color.” This pack is said to include alternate colours for the 15 original fighters alongside unlocking 9 others DLC characters. However, after pressing “install” it simply does not do anything, there was the same pack for around £6 which i thought was the cause of the issue, so i had purchased that and the issue is the same, with no DLC being added onto the game itself. Going to the “manage games and add ons” section of the game did not show this DLC, nor did the “free up space” section show any DLC mention. The game does not need updating (as it shouldn’t as i have recently fully downloaded the game about an hour and a half ago.) alongside the fact that it will not let me press “install” the £6 version on the same DLC that i bought with my own money, having the same issue as the free version when i try to press “install.”

    I have tried many methods such as restarting the game, restarting my console, but all have the same issue, none of which show i have the DLC, in game and when viewing it in the game files.

    I hope this issue can be solved,

    I no longer have access to season 1 dlc for guilty gear strive on xbox one

    Its guilty gear strive but I still have access to the game it's just the DLC that I had bought that I no longer have access to

    The "v for victory" monthly reward wont trigger after earning 5 achievements on forza 5.

    I have the exact same issue. Got 3 on Guilty Gear Strive and 1 on Gang Beasts and didn't register. I also had same issue with a past punch card and it took over a month for support to reply.

    We understand that you're having trouble accessing the DLC content in Guilty Gear Strive Daredevil Edition. Based on the information you provided, it seems like the season pass may not have been properly activated on your account.



    For this issue, please try the following steps:



    Note: Set your console to Sleep and enable Keep my games & apps up to date if you would like to install DLC and games automatically.

    1. Go to the Microsoft Store and search for Guilty Gear Strive Daredevil Edition.

    2. Select the "..." button next to the game and choose "Manage game and add-ons."

    3. Check if the season pass is listed under "Ready to install." If it is, select it and choose "Install."

    4. If the season pass is not listed, try redeeming the code for the season pass again.

    5. Once the season pass is installed, launch the game and check if the DLC characters are now available.



    If the issue persists, sometimes, you need to complete certain tasks before accessing the DLC, add-ons, or in-game currencies. Characters in game is still considered as feature that you should be getting from DLC in that case, in-game concern will need to be assisted by a game support.

    Hello again, I have installed Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R and tried it out for half an hour while playing with the same wireless xbox one controllers on the default settings for them. And fortunately the controllers didn't turn off at all in that half an hour (normally in Guilty Gear Strive and Blaze Blue Centralfiction they turn off in the first 5 to 10mins). I have no idea what's the different settings that caused it not to turn off there but in the other games.
