[Guide] Quick rise to Level 30

Need to get to level 30 quick for the achievement? Don't want to grind it out in the wasteland? Want to get a jump on all the enemies in New Vegas and show off your swole gains straight outta the first town?

Make sure you start your character off with a speech of 25. Find and talk to Joe Cobb in town who wants you to kill Ringo in town. Talk to Ringo, and make sure to get the Caravan deck via dialogue, then head back and tell them you're taking over and going
to look for supplies, but immediately after turn double agent and kill the Powder Gangers. Once that's done you can head back up to the General Store in town, and you should have some speech options that you can do over and over again. Each time gives you
some good experience, and will take you about ~45 minutes of straight grinding to get to max level.

Bonus of this method? You are given the option to completely respec your character when you leave the initial town, so you can now build your character how you like at level 30 without having Swift Learner take up any spots!

New To Skyrim. Advice

A quick way to level up sneak is to sneak attack your tutorial guide over and over again.

Seriously. I've gotten to level 62 in Sneak before leaving the tutorial.
