    Guide/ Power off screen issue.


    I've been having an issue lately with achievements popping and not showing on screen. When I go power off the console with the guide button that pop up screen is way larger than normal. Then today I noticed while trying to use a code on the store my keyboard
    will not show up on screen. Ive tried it in a few different places and no keyboard. Ive tried power cycles and hard resets. Ive looked through the settings and cant seem to figure this out. Maybe I'm just missing something. Any help would be appreciated.

    Xbox one plug and play charger.

    I think it turns my console on when I plug in when it's off, probably only happens if you use the standby power state. I just press the power button once or hold the guide button then choose the console off option on screen

    It then charges fine while off.

    From the screen shot you have provide it looks like you are in the Xbox Insider program. If you are in the insider program it will probably be best to post this in the Xbox Insider forums for assistance.

    It's not even letting me do that. I can hit my guide button but all I get is black screen with power off option only.

    Hello Dragon,

    Sorry for the issue with connecting to your wifi. From the home screen hit the guide button go to the far right icon named system. Once there select restart console. This is different than a power cycle or shutting it off with the controller. Once it is
    back on then try and connect.

    Error 0x80070bf7 - my Xbox cant access profile even though I'm signed in

    The issue is I cant access the profile at all. The guide button just makes the screen flash. Power cycle did nothing too. Any ideas?
