Guide not changing channel Motorola DCX3400m

HDMI? Yes

DVR? Yes

Does Command and Control Work?: No

Remote Issues? No Kinect

Issue:

The Motorola DCX3400M is passing the picture through to the Xbox One. The Guide is populated correctly as well. The Xbox during the initial setup was not able to Power Off the Cable Box. I am just trying to use my Xbox Controller
to try to pause the video, or change channels, but it appears the Cable Box is not responding to any signal from the XBOX one. Any help would be great.

The remote code is: C1376

Any help would be great, looks like it's close to working, but would love for the Xbox to control the PVR and change the channels (stop, play, rewind) etc.

Shaw Motorola DCX3400M & Xbox One Guide

Hello, has anyone been able to get the XBOX One to manage a Shaw PVR Cable box? I am able to get the Cable box to pass video through to the Xbox One. The Guide populates properly as well, but the Xbox is not able to change channels on the PVR, or pause,
play TV.

Any help would be great.

OneGuide won't change channels

I just tried automatically entering it and when I went to devices, it says Motorola (remote code C2378), but changing channels still does not work when I try to use OneGuide. But all my other commands work for everything, I just can't use the command to
change channels

same exact issue. I saw someone in another post say it was a hardware issue. I haven't given up yet, but I'm close

+1 for me. The degradation is not huge for me but it's definitely not as good as when the cable box is directly connected to the TV. My Family and Friends noticed as well.

I also have a motorola cable box and have had the same issue; all functions work, the xbox successfully inputs the correct channel but does not switch. Finally found a solution.

Using the remote, hit the menu button twice, this should open the "Setup" menu. Select "Guide Setup" and under "Channel entry method" change the setting to "Auto-Tune"

I am using smartglass on my iPad, the version of the app is 2.7.0624. It is not the beta. But since i am in the Update Preview program i guess i should change this anyway.

I tested to input the box manually to Motorola VIP1003 but the results were the same. I then tried to only enter the manufacture and use the Guide Me options.

There results were indeed interesting. Now i can change channels, but up is down and down is up, so its reversed

Volume and mute works correctly.

In the options were the xbox tried to send the channel up command it sent the channel down command. I then answers No to the question if the command were successful. Even tho i pressed No. The guide stopped and told me it had identified my box.

My box is now marked as Motorola (remote code C3916).

The Motorola box doesn't work well. I changed the device to AT&T instead and it now changes channels and works well.
