Guide menu freezing, can anyone help me please?

I use an original Xbox one and throughout the consoles life i have never had any problems with it until 2020. I began to experience some issues however, they were all resolved. But, 2 days ago I chose to purchase the game pass and i began to experience a strange bug while playing RE7, the game would have no dialogue and i was stuck it a constant auto save logo at the corner of the screen. When this happened my console would not totality freeze but it would not alow me to access home or anything other that the guide menu in which was frozen. Strangly i could still play the game. Now, before you try to tell me to hold down to power button and all my problems will be fixed trust me I've tried. So I decided to delete RE7, you would think that would be problem solved. Unfortunately it wasn't, I am still experiencing guide menu freezing and I am fed up with it. I know the new console is coming soon but I just want to play call of dudy and not worry about console bugs. If you have a solution to my fix that doesn't involve deleting all my saved data that would be awesome. Aswell if I was too hard to understand ill try to explain what indicates my problem in an example, I open guide menu and it becomes laggy so I close it. Then I open the guide menu again and I am unable to scroll or go to home screen. So I hold down the xbox button on my controller and NOTHING HAPPENS! I feel the vibration of the turn off console, turn off controller screen but just nothing, then my console freezes. I'm so done with xbox. Can anyone help?
