[Guide] Get Rewarded With Game Pass Rewards - February 2019

It's kind of annoying to have previously unlocked achievements not count towards these challenges. I already have the Rocket League achievement as well as ALL of the Thomas Was Alone achievements which stops any chances of completing three whole challenges
this month. There should be some way to track at least the challenge required to complete the achievement that counts for the game pass quests.

Did quests ever show up for you? I subscribed a on 12th and still nothing.

Not yet. I've heard anecdotally that it sometimes takes a week or so for them so show up, so we'll see. Tried logging out/logging back in, reinstalling the app, etc. Game Pass itself is working fine, though.

Yeah I'm running into the same issue. From what I've read you can open a ticket stating how many achievements you've done along with proof via screenshots. The person said though they got the points from the support ticket, the punch card still shows incomplete.
Note I haven't tried this yet so I can't confirm.
