Guarantee on the rewards system of xbox live rewards.

Hello, I have a question about the guarantee of my control of xbox one, this was a gift from the xbox live rewards system, I arrived on September 24 of this year but I exchanged it on June 11, the control no longer wants to turn on with batteries, or with
usb cable connected to the xbox, the warranty begins when I change my points for the control or the day I arrive at their destination, to be able to claim my guarantee, since the support asked me to investigate that.

Hi, it all depends on what your countries warranty laws are. In the UK it is 12 months, in the United States a controller warranty is 90 days.

Unfortunately since the Xbox Rewards program is shut down, it is no longer possible to contact their customer support for clarification. If you haven't already, you might be able to try registering the controller at http://support.microsoft.com/devices
to see if it will give you that information.

As usual, there is no guarantee or timetable when any Microsoft Reward will return

As mentioned before, the rewards given to those participating in the Xbox Quest and Game Pass Goals are not guaranteed. If this is in regards to a different promotion, please post back to let us know, but Rocket League is not a guaranteed reward for the Quests
as the rewards are randomly drawn depending on the amount of goals completed. The reward you were supposed to receive has already been delivered.
