GTAV Skills Prize Email Verification Not Sent 1-2 Weeks after I was announced As a Winner

I sent them an email, and they replied me from one day to another, so this morning.
I inquired about the dates, and was told that they pass the prize along if the previous winner do not comply to receive it in time.

For me, it didn't ask for any sensitive information, such as my SIN, so I sent the fax today.

Unsure what region you are in and what sweepstake you are talking about but if the Sweepstake winners will be posted here https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/redeem/winners

Potential Winners will be contacted by phone, email and/or mail at the address, email, or telephone number provided with the entry. The Potential Winners then have 5 days to accept the prize if they do not the prize will be forfeited.

The winner will then be announced within 5 business days of the prize being sent to the winner.

Even though this is a Doritos promotion, you would think XBOX would be a little more aware, considering the code is for XBOX.
