GTAV Achievement did not add to Gamerscore

On 2/21, I unlocked the "Red Mist" achievement for 20G in Grand Theft Auto V, but still after a week it has not added to the game total or my gamerscore. GTAV currently shows 30 achievements for 415G, but when you add up each achievement it should be 31
achievements for 435G. It does not show as Done Unlocking... but as an unlocked achievement. If someone could help me, I'd appreciate it. Thank you.

Achievement didn't add to gamerscore.

Knowing the xbox one achievements hardly ever work properly, I always snap the achievement app (when it actually lets me). While playing Halo TMCC a little over 24 hours ago, on my other account, I unlocked an achievement, but the 10 points didn't add to
my total gamerscore. I unlocked about 30 or so achievements in a few hour span, but this was the only one that didn't add to my total gamerscore. It did add to my Halo gamerscore though. I tried unlocking another achievement hoping it would auto update the
one that didn't add, but only the new 5 point achievement was added. I didn't find much info online as far as what to do, so I decided to give it a day, but nothing has changed. It's not like I can get it again since it's already unlocked and the 10 points
were added to the halo gamerscore, but not total gamerscore, so I'm hoping someone can help me fix this problem.

 

My xbox one activity feed is not updating,and neither is my gamerscore but achievements are still unlocking

I just completed Riptide GP2 and got all the achievements but the tracker says I'm at 97%. My gamerscore should be 142,905. One of the achievements unlocked but did not add value or register the game as 100% complete.
