Gta5 says installation stopped, nothing works.

I've reported this problem multiple times, I've been suggested to clear local saves, turn off Xbox (holding it down for 10s), unplugged power cord, even factory reset the Xbox, multiple times have I done this, I've tried fiddling with every option in my Xbox, even tried taking apart my Xbox one s to see if there was dust. I bought the online version not the disc, I don't know what the problem is but it's been going on for weeks, I just wanna play gta

An alternative you can try if the discs don't work is to pair the mobile app with your console, search for the game in the app, and then install it digitally.

Yes it is only with gta5, I don't have the disc, no matter what I've tried it keeps stopping the installation.
