GTA V restarts at same spot every time.

I recently bought a used XBOX 360 s & game from someone. I am new to this whole gaming thing but I'm trying to learn. At first everything was great, until my progress was somehow deleted. I hadn't made it very far yet anyways but this is when the issue started.
Now, the game starts in the bank, I walk into the room and have to aim at the people, use the phone to make the bomb blow up but once I walk through the door and turn to go into the safe the game restarts, EVERYTIME! I can't get past that point. I have tried
uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing the cache 3 times, And even took my xbox360 apart and cleaned it with a qtip and alcohol. I also cleaned my game several times with different tips I found on YouTube. What else can I do? I'm ready to give up on this
game. Thank you!

debug the cancer comercials

there are 2 cancer commercials on the solitaire game. every time they run windows freeze up and then crashes. I have to restart the solitaire game. this is every time and at the same spot. either fix those 2 commercials or delete them.

hey! I buy GTA V for 2 day ago on xbox, and i cant play the story, every mission is clitch, i take me 2 f****** hours too complet 1 misson i have too restart 18 times and go and kill my caracter 10 times in every misson, can you guys fix it ore fix one new

Also, it says ALERT and something about my storage device sometimes but other times it says ALERT and that something is wrong with the disk.

I'm having the same problem with every game gta v is the only thing that halfway works!

I have the same issue I want to play gta v with my friends but every time I launch it doesn't want to load and stays a black screen. Hope there's a solution to this

If GTA V is indeed downloaded from the marketplace and not a disc, try this.

Delete GTA V and clear your cache 3 times.

Restart your console.

Download 16 GB of demos (this is how big GTA V will be in the end)

Once those have finished download all the GTA V files from your download history (GTA V, Installation Packs 1-4)

After you've done that, feel free to delete the demos.

This worked for me, hopefully it works for you too!

Every time there's an update on GTA v it will tell you how big the update is and then you can start the update
