GTA V Online - Cannot connect on one user account

I've had this issue for 2 weeks now. On my own account, i'm unable to play with my friends. My brother and sister also have accounts on the same console and can connect just fine to the same people. It's just my account that's having the issue.

I'm unsure whether my issue belongs to xbox or Rockstar but decided to check here first to see if my privacy settings could be the issue or if anyone had advice on how to fix it.

Ports are all forwarded and DMZ is set up.

xbox live customer support told me to come on here

my gamertag for xbox live cannot go online on gta v. I can go online with my other games but not gta v. I have called rockstar and xbox live and they think the only reason my account wont work is that I coulda been banned. please
fix this. my name is Milan gamertag
