Sorry to hear about that, however, does this only happen on a certain place in game? Or if you also play other games as well?

If it happens on all of your games, you may try following these steps:

You might need to reset your console but keep your games and apps. This will delete any corrupted data in your console's OS. Ensure that you know your Microsoft account and password before doing so and your console is connected to the internet.

Press Xbox button> Go to System> Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console> Keep Games and Apps

Once it restarts > Sign In > Choose your last settings

Then try the game again.

and since i've not started GTA V yet! [starting it on Oct 1], and it only applies to the single player and NOT the Online, i won't be worried about any bugs happening on the Online...since they held off the Online for two weeks when GTA V officially launched

I got the GTA V it includes GTA v and GTA V online with criminal enterprise starter pack and I cant play GTA online idk what's going on with that do u have to get game pass for it.

no doubt, i will start GTA V once Online launches. i have refrained from GTA V when i got it on launch, but come Oct 1st...going to start GTA V Online
