GTA V Marketplace Download - "Disc" unreadable

So I just bought GTA V on the Xbox marketplace. After being downloaded it said I had to download missing content. After the downloads finished, I checked to see what downloaded. Parts 1, 2, and 3 were downloaded. I attempted to play GTA V but it said the
disc was unreadable, as in the disc I DON'T have because I downloaded the game! I re-downloaded the game itself and the three parts. That still didn't fix the problem. I split up the GTA V game from the three parts, GTA V being on my HDD and the three parts
being on my flashdrive. That still didn't work. This is getting increasingly annoying seeing as how I just spent $60 dollars on this stupid thing.

GTA V Problem

So I bought a digital copy of GTA V from the marketplace. The game loaded to the ingame download screen where it started to download Install Packs 1-4. When the packs finished downloading and I tried playing, I got the "This disc is unreadable" error. But
when I delete Install Pack 4, (Or known as gtav - part3 in storage/hard drive) I don't get the unreadable disc error and I get sent to the in game download screen to download the Install pack, but when the Install pack is downloaded again, I get the disc is
unreadable error again, what can I do to fix this?

 

GTA V disc will not play because the disc cannot be read

My xbox keeps saying that my GTA V disc (and no other games) is unreadable. I even tried using my friends disc and it still won't work. I have also previously played GTA V on this console

 

This is a common error and Xbox has a Troubleshooting page for it. Try this:

Is it just GTA V that doesn't play or is it all games that you have downloaded (Inc. Demos/Indie Games/Full Games on Demand).
