GTA V issue with installation on XBOX X

Hello, I own gta V in a box version. Originally the game was installed on xbox one. Now, I want to install it on xbox X. I use the same account on xbox one and xbox X. The nstalation on xbox Xstoped at 91,7% and don't want to go further. The CD sems to be ok (thera are no visible scratches). I try to instal the game with update and without update. the proces in both case crash.

What should I do to be able to use the game?

Rockstar sugested me to contact Microsoft.

The xbo one is new console, i have install other games from CD, and i don,t have any problem. I have 624,2 GB free space.

The problem only occurs on GTA V.

I have Xbox one x, want to buy GTA v for Xbox one x|s for $39.99

When hovering over the buy button in Microsoft store on GTA v series x|s a small text bar appears saying. This is not playable on this device.

I have Xbox one x.

But the store says GTA v series x|s is not playable on my Xbox one x.

Ok. Reformatted the hard drive, and it's still quick to log in. I originally only had GTA V installed on the 120 GB hard drive, so instead of installing that, I installed both discs of Mass Effect 2 (which takes up more space than GTA V), and I had no
issues with logging in. I'm now reinstalling GTA V to see if the issue comes back. If GTA V is the culprit, I'll switch to their help forums.

Are you able to test if the game can be installed without any issues on another console?

This helps to isolate the issue

In the meantime try this on your console:

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

GTA+ is only available for the Xbox Series X|S console version of GTA V. The Xbox One version of the game is not supported.

Are you trying to install GTA V on the internal storage of the console? Can you try to install it on an external HD or an SSD expansion card?

This is a digital purchase, not a physical/disc purchase, right?

Also, what version is your GTA V? Is it the Xbox Series S/X optimized version or the Xbox one version?
