    please help, recently changed to Xbox one s and cannot install GTA v, starts downloading and stopped half way through, error code 0x87e00064

    GTA V Installation Stopped - Error Code 0x87e00064

    I bought a certified used xbox one from my local video game shop, I got home, and went to install GTA V... Every minute or so, the install stops, and I get the error code 0x87e00064 and I am told to clean the disc and put it back in. I do that, but it keeps
    happening. The install got to 4%, then it seemed to stop...

    Can you be more detailed in your answer. Which of the steps in the support link did you follow? Are they signs of scratches or damages on the game disc?
