    I have an Xbox One S and am currently trying to install Grand Theft Auto V, but it will always get stuck at 12.35 GB / 29.1%. Does anybody know of any way I can install this game fully. I have cleared all locally installed games and attempted to install this on both an external hard drive and the console itself. Disc is in near mint condition. Any help would be appreciated

    Connecting to Xbox Live takes a long time.

    Ok. Reformatted the hard drive, and it's still quick to log in. I originally only had GTA V installed on the 120 GB hard drive, so instead of installing that, I installed both discs of Mass Effect 2 (which takes up more space than GTA V), and I had no
    issues with logging in. I'm now reinstalling GTA V to see if the issue comes back. If GTA V is the culprit, I'll switch to their help forums.

    the problem isnt the game, it's when i download the gta v packs with it. (the packs are basically the mandatory disc install with regular gta v)
