GTA V FREEZES RIGHT AFTER FIRST LOADING PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Just bought my gta V and it's freezes right after rockstar logo and storyline loading at the "bla bla bla 9 years before" there is a sound for a while but it stops and that's all... I've tried everything from factory reset to this 10 seconds power off. If
anyone know this issue PLEASE HELP im desperate console just got back from service cause there were similiar problems with fighter within and kinnect rivals. Now these games are running fine but gta dont.... please help me

GTA V Loading screen freezes

I have this problem when playing GTA V every time I load a saved game or after replaying a mission the loading freezes and also unable to open xbox guide I really appreciate the help

So i redeemed gta online and i uninstalled my gta v and reinstalled it again because it freezes mid game.. will the gta online still accessible after i reinstalled gta v?

gta5 is a known issue and rockstar is working on a fix

With single game issues the support team usually asks you to contact the developer. It sounds like you went through all the steps Xbox support would provide so contacting Rockstar is the most sensible next step.

Yes, it allows me to play other games but GTA V is the only game that freezes on the loading screen.

I have similar issue with GTA V freezing upon resume from standby. Player wont move yet game continues with sound and dialogue, I'm not in preview/beta program. No difference if I pause the game first. Need to quit and load a save...
