    It doesnt do this for IV nor does it do this for any other game, I have never played it on this xbox and I lost my copy of Gta V for the xbox one.

    Yes several times, on two different storage devices, the game is also clean it has no scratches, dirt nothing

    Because of the age and lack of actual possibilities go in terms of troubleshooting the 360, please try the steps below.

    If they fail, the only option would be to replace your disc or repair the console :(
