GTA V Atomic Blimp Add-on trouble

I redeemed my code and then cancelled the download it told me I could access and download it late but now I can't find it. Please help.

I redeemed a code on my current account for the atomic blimp in GTA V but I want to know if I switch Microsoft accounts will the redeemed code transfer, or is there a way to transfer it or I can't please help.

 

Atomic Blimp Redeem Code doesn't work.

So I preordered GTA V from Amazon and got the code for the blimp. After playing the game I decided to put in the code, and it worked but it said that it couldn't be downloaded at this time or something. So I tried later and it said that this code was already
redeemed so I checked my Active Downloads, nothing there and then my storage device, and nothing was there either. How do I get the atomic blimp from my code? Did I technically already redeem it and since something is wrong with my connection or something
was wrong with XBL at the time that the code won't give me the blimp? Or can I go to the marketplace and download it from there, and if I have to pay, F THAT. I expected to get this Atomic Blimp for free and with no hassles, but it doesn't seem to be the case.

If you check your download history you'll be able to download it/add it to the queue to be downloaded.
