GTA V 50% off won't work

I saw a promotion on my Xbox 360 that you can get $50 off the Xbox One and 50% off GTA V for the Xbox One. It said that I just need to have had played GTA V on my 360 before April 11, which I had as I've had the game for over a year. It also said that I
did not need to buy the Xbox One using the $50 off promotion to get the GTA promo and that they were separate promotions. I then went to Target to buy $30 worth of Xbox gift cards. Once I got back, I went to buy the Xbox One version only to see that it was
$60. I would not be mad at all except for the fact that I'd paid $30 already for something that won't work.

That was actually part of last week's Ultimate Game Sale and ended on Tuesday. Unfortunately it sounds like you saw a glitch, but the game should be regular price now.

So yesterday on the marketplace GTA V was £27.50 but wouldn't let me buy it as "something went wrong" error message came up. Now the game is back to full price. Anybody else seen or tried to buy it?
