    GTA shark card purchased from an actual store doesn’t work?


    I bought a shark card gift card from my grocery store tonight. When I go to the xbox.codetocontent.com website, i enter all the info, I click agree to the terms and such, then i hit redeem code and it loads for a few seconds then literally nothing happens. It’s still on the same screen with my info still filled out. I’m starting to think this whole thing is a waste of time and money…

    I’ve tried on a couple other devices, my sisters phone and my lap top. I tried through safari and microsoft edge. I even tried on and off wi-fi. I feel like it’s the website but I don’t even know. What is incognito?

    I see. So basically, it is not accepting it or something is wrong with the website for some reason. Have you tried doing this on a different browser or perhaps through incognito? Please try testing that as well.
