You may need to request a refund if this was purchased through Microsoft Store. You can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here:

I bought a GTA shark card for 21.19 and I didn't get money on GTA the images show my account name and proof I got the shark card

I bought three shark cards for gta and still haven’t received the money on the gta account. That was pursued on the 21/11/23

Rockstar says they usually come through to your account within 20 minutes but can take up to 72 hours, they say to file a support ticket on their site if it doesn't show up within 72 hours.

Hi, we have the same problem. My son bought a shark card through the Microsoft store on his Xbox s series and the money never showed up in his online gta game. Thanks for any help
