    Hello

    I purchased gat sanandreas off the Xbox live market place about a year and a half ago. After not finding it it the marketplace I called Xbox support and was on the phone for nearly an hour and a half. They claim I never purchased it when this is not true.
    It works on my account but I just want to transfer it to another hard drive. What is going on here?

    Try redownloading it from your download history instead of the marketlace -
    support.xbox.com/.../redownload-content

    If it's not in your history, then it may have been purchased from a different account.

    The original game was removed that's why you don't see it on the marketplace

    This does not affect your download history though you can download any content from the download history

    It was replaced with the Xbox 360 version last year

    Which won't show as purchased since its a completely different package

    I spoke to an Xbl representative over the phone who solved the issue for me, so everything is taken care of.

    When I tried re downloading it from my download history I received the following error " sorry, there's a problem with the Xbox service. Tray again later." It went on to give me error code 800700E8.

    That's due to the system issues that have been occuring today. I haven't been able to download anything except the Evolve open beta on the X1. I can't even buy anything.
