GTA reports completely ignored

You could always block, mute and report toxic gamers. Keep in mind, that report a gamer is a process that takes time to get reviewed by the Enforcement Team. There will be no actions tanken the second you report it.

Are you reporting via xbox? Or in game reporting?

Are you playing GTA on Xbox 360 or Xbox One? I barely see modders on Xbox One because Rockstar is on when it comes to this issue>>which is good. Now if your getting killed and dont want to be killed you can always go to a different lobby and/or go to a
private one.

The only you can do is report and action will be taken against a person's account if they broke or is breaking the rules set by Rockstar and Xbox Code of Conduct.

When a report is made it is sent to the Xbox enforcement team.

Once they receive it they will investigate the report and if there is cheating going on then they will put an enforcement action against them.

You MAY get a notice thanking you for the report. This is not guaranteed though.

Due to privacy you will not get any other information other then possibly getting that message.
