Activation Codes not working

I bought 3 Pre-Paid GTA Online 500.000 Shark cards so I go onto GTA dont see the money there, Try re-enter the code and says the code has already been used

GTA 5 $1Mil in game cash code didn't work

Just purchased GTA 5 and it came with the $1mil in game cash (half single player and half online). Code went in money never showed. Tried code again and got the error the code was already used. Any fixes?

Did you purchased the card directly on the Microsoft store (via PC)
Or inside the game?

If it’s the first, did you double check if you got the shark cards for the right GTA V version?

If that’s not your case, the next step will be request a refund via refund form here:

Just to let you know, In case your refund gets denied, you can actually file an appeal for the results of the refund.

All you need to do is to reply to the email that was sent to you by the refund team, you can reply with a detailed explanation so they can review your request again and grant you a possible exception.
