GTA Online Criminal Enterprise Starter pack not working

Sounds good. But the already purchased Criminal Enterprise Starter pack will work finally if we buy GTA V?

I got the GTA V it includes GTA v and GTA V online with criminal enterprise starter pack and I cant play GTA online idk what's going on with that do u have to get game pass for it.

This means you’ll simply have access to this inside of your game.

GTA Online: Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack is just DLC for GTA Online. It will not show up in your library as a separate entry. Only actual games show up in your library. Not DLC. It is just part of the game when you play it.
