GTA mission glitch

my friend is having an issue- thought I'd ask here. she is working on 100%, has everything done and is sitting there at 99% because the last DOM mission has glitched out. she says she did play the mission once - about a week ago, at around 95%. she played
the mission, failed it, the xbox froze while saving/?, so she went back in there, the DOM mission has not reappeared, and does not appear on the medals list either, like she hasn't played it, or completed it to get the medal status. calling DOM does nothing
either. any ideas? she would rather not have to replay from the 95% gamesave as I suggested.

BUGS Already:

The only "glitch" that happens in my game in that sometimes the game does not give me the on screen prompt to loot/interact/skin etc. I have to walk away from a carcas or something and aproach it again just to make the "Hold X" prompt appear.

OP, many Sandbox games have mission areas that if you leave, you can fail the mission. The GTA series had many missions like that so does that mean that GTA in not a Sandbox game?

GTA 4 won't let me start missions and cars sometimes won't drive

is there anything I can do so that the missions will start. I down loaded GTA 4 to my Xbox one. I got too mission 12 and it won't start up.

Word is there are modders (hackers) doing there glitches. Is there a solution? It'll be years till its fixed. Is down loading GTA 4 roaming, I think that's what I heard. Is this true.. Will down loading GTA roam fix this problem and if so, why?

Me needs helpy! My kid is sad and I'm trying to fix this problem as a surprise. He's given up trying!

 

heard people say taking cabs cross map/town can help or leave F,M or T at the strip club leaned over the rail with controller plugged in and go to bed [game won't keep going if controller loses power]. point is to make allot of time pass in the game, as
some things are triggered like that.

 

the same thing happened to my brother game, he can't get 100 percent because dom hasn't called in a couple days of playing. we are still looking for a solution that doesn't evolve starting over. my own game got glitched too, i cant use the internet on my
phone in campaign and online mode after getting 70 gold medal achievement.

 

well thanks to those who offered the help-! she and I were playing for the 70 gold acheivement last weekend, and we noticed that franklin had 1 final mission pop up- and it was the DOM final mission- don't really know what it was-- but perhaps we did wait
long enough for it to pop back up-- she did the mission, completed it with a gold medal, she got the 100% and 70 gold medal cheevos both in one POP! finally!!!!
