    GTA IV serial number


    Hello, I had GTA IV successfully installed in my computer a few years ago, bought it in a brick-and-mortar shop. But then, after the Win10 upgrade, I may have uninstalled it or it simply disappeared. Now I wanted to install it again, however, I've come up
    against a certain problem with the Release Date Check (it requires manual activation). I'm now abroad and I don't have my serial number with me (printed on the manual). Therefore, I simply cannot activate the game. The only thing I have is the Unlock Request
    Code which is displayed in the window of the manual activation of the game and both CDs of the game. Is there any way to activate the product?

    In the aforementioned window, I have to type in the serial number of the game and the unlock code, which I can easily get from GTA IV PC Activation Support.
    I still need the serial number though.

    I contacted Rockstar Games support and they told me to make contact with you.

    Can you help me?

    My Console Has Been Banned!?!?!?

    my friend was playing GTA IV and he got disconnected from xbox live, he tried to reconnect to xbox live and it said he's been console banned???

    his consloe id number is: 022067081169

    his serial number is: 328643283505

    if someone will please tell me why he got console banned i would greatly appreciate it thanks

    One way is to simply look at the hard drive itself. If it is an older white model XBOX it should say on the side of the console. For the newer S model if it has a hard drive installed all you would have to do is take it out and it will tell you how many
    GB's.

    Only Xbox staff may look that up for you. Anyhow, I might tell you if its a 20 GB model if you provide me with the manufacture date and whether the disc tray has a chrome finish on it or not.

    P.S. the date of manufacture can be found below the S/N on the back of the console.

    When you say shop I am guessing you mean an official MS service centre with a repair ordered through MS?.

    If the service techs can not fix your console and they send you a different one they would inform via the letter you will receive off them along with the console when its returned to you.

    Sometimes if a console is beyond fixing or if it may take too long to repair they will send you a different unit so you can get back to your gaming asap.

    And if they replace the console they will register it for you.

    I know this is a little off topic in regards to your actual question but its just a little extra info for you if you get a replacement unit. :)
