GTA IV Complete Edition with no DLC

OP I think you can get the GTA IV and Oblivion GOTY edition for the same price as skyrim now that I thin of it.. GOTY edition on both games is about $20 each...

I dont think there will be in anyway as it will need to use the dvd for proof of ownership like a physcial xbox game does unfortunately

Either an external DVD drive or the digital version are your only options now. External DVD drives (which can also write to DVD's) are relatively inexpensive now, about $20, £25.

Or wait until there is a sale for the PC version.
