GTA Achievement not registered

Hello Lemon, try to uninstall your game and then do a reset on your console keeping games and apps.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

Then reinstall the game and see if the achievement is registered.

If you go to your profile (check on each profile registered in your console) and see the recently unlocked achievements. Are you seeing something related to GTA achievement or not at all?

THANK YOU! Just reset and re-installed GTA V, and all the achievements have just come through! Now all I need to do is reinstall everything...

Be sure to follow every step and wait 72 hours for results.

If you still do not see any changes be sure to fill out the survey at the bottom of the guide so the proper teams can catalog that info.
