I would not go off of this article since Rockstar has not officially verified the delay yet.

 

I hope not Im getting a new xbox just one an a half months after selling my day one, getting it on tuesday with a new Bf4 game all my other games were DLC thank god, I couldnt last 2 months without my xbox LOL.

 

I hope its not going to be delayed.

 

2nd week of November I just saw the announcement of facebook earlier this morning, cant wait!! going to be awesome on the xbox one..

 

Yeah so the only delay is for PC which is set on january 27

I hope that PC is available on STEAM right out of the doors, Im new to steam, I noticed they have limited launch titles, they don't even offer Battlefield 3 OR 4.

 

Yeah i think it will be available on Steam, as they say the game is coming soon when you got to GTA IV
