GTA 5 will run and play for a few minutes and then crashes and re-starts

I am playing the game on an xbox 360, I purchase the game brand new, when it first came out. Played the game with no problems up until a few days ago after being prompt to do an update. Now the game will only play a few mins and the screen goes black, the
game re-starts. Tried it in another system and the same things happens, Sometimes I get to play longer then others. The Disc has been cleaned, no marks on it at all. Cleaned the Cache in the system. Nothing seems to help, the Error says there seems to be
something wrong with the disc, if this continue please consider purchasing a new disc..... Which is some major bull crap!!! Any suggestions?

Games go black when I launch them

When I launch games like fifa 17 or gta 5 on my xbox they fail to launch, show a black screen and then crash. Smaller games like minecraft and rocket league manage to start but then crash after a minute or two. I have tried using the same profile an a different
xbox and the games have worked so it's definitely my xbox that is the problem. I have tried things like rebooting my console, re installing the games and more but none have them have worked, will I need to buy a new console?

 

GTA V Xbox Crashing

GTA V crashes around 10-20 minutes after starting it up. It makes a sort of “bzzt” noise and then kicks me to the dashboard. I was trying to play the stolen yahyt mission and everytime the action starts it crashes, longest I lasted was to when Amandas car
was getting fixed. Others games are fine, its just GTA. Just to mention, I’m gamesharing with somebody for the game.

 

You need to clear system caches by go to hard drive > press Y to clear caches then go on hard drive select GTA V and delete the title update then you go on GTA V and do the update and it should be work hope this hope.

 

Thank you, did the above, and also played the disc in another console, it does the same thing in it as well, I guess it is the disc even though it looks perfect. Not sure what is wrong with it, but paying $59 for a game to only last 7+ months crazy....

 

"Any suggestions?". Only that R* should stop releasing so many dang patches/updates! They add more problems than they fix.
