GTA 5 Request for a refund

I bought GTA 5 for xbox 360 slim 4GB but it does not go, I want to get the money back. I live in Belarus my mother gave me money for the new year money for GTA 5 I downloaded everything but it does not work, for some reason when I pass one mission, the
second and then I leave the game and then go to bed it comes from the beginning, and online does not work even not a badge to run GTA online. Please return the money. I'd better give them to my mother for a gift.

for any refund requests you will have to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at
Contact Us | Xbox Support

They are the only ones that can determine if you are eligible for a refund.

Regarding the issue itself, try the following steps

- Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:
http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/settings-and-initial-setup/clear-system-cache

If that fails also try removing the save game to see if that helps anything

Another thing to try is to Remove and Reinstall the game to see what that results in.

You can request a refund by going to Request an Xbox refund | Xbox Support, sign in using the account that made the purchase, select the item you want a refund for and then request the refund!
After your refund request is approved it shall take from 3 to 5 business days for your money to be back!

Has the refund request been approved yet? It can typically take 3 to 5 business days to receive the refund after the refund was approved.

When you look at your order history at account.microsoft.com and look at the purchase what does the status say?

Completed? Means you still have the license for the game.

Refunded? Means the order was refunded and you no longer have the license for the game.

Chargeback? Means someone disputed the charge on the payment option and the money was sent back to the bank from MS and the license was taken away from you.

You say that this was for GTA was this GTA 5 or which GTA are you talking about

If it was GTA 5 was it the Xbox 360 version you bought and are trying to play it on the Xbox One?
