Gta 5 ntsc on pal xbox

Hello, I want to buy from gta 5 from xbox360 for my cousin from Europe who has a pal xbox.The problem is that I found the game and on the cover it said NTSC..I want 100% if gta5 ntsc will work on a pal xbox360 console...Thank you very much for help

dude my cd region is ntsc-j iam in india now i cannot get ntsc-j .. will i be able to play halo 4 in pal version in my x box or fifa14 or gta 5

according to a Rockstar support page most GTA5 Discs are region free, with a few exceptions.

According to that page and assuming that in your situation you are not from one of the restricted countries (mentioned on the link) it should work fine.

 

Ok, so it doesn.t count if it.s wrote on the disc ntsc..

 

the label on the disc and the case just indicate what region that copy was released in, not necessarily what region consoles it would be compatible with. according to the link above the NTSC and PAL releases are RF (Region Free). it's just the japanese
release that is region locked to NTSC/J consoles. it would say NTSC/J instead of just NTSC on the disc and case. if it just says NTSC then it should be RF and work fine on any console.
