Здравствуйте! Купил игру GTA 5 на x-box live, на приставку x-box 360. Она установилась, но не загружается. Меняются картинки с изображением разных персонажей и пишет загрузка. Еще во время загрузки иногда пишет "Загрузка GTA 5 install pack 2 остановлена"
или "Загрузка GTA 5 install pack 1 остановлена". Ждал 1,5 часа загрузки, ничего не меняется. Подскажите, как решить проблему. Или есть ли возможность вернуть деньги, которые оплатил за игру. Заранее спасибо!

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are having issues launching GTAV for Xbox 360 after downloading the game. More than likely, the "install packs" trying to download are what's causing the game to be unable to load. You
can try restarting the downloads or connecting your 360 to a faster network to see if that helps them out. For refunds, you would need to fill out the refund request form. If the form link provided does not work in your region, then you must
contact support to request a refund.

Request an Xbox digital product or subscription refund
