GTA 5 is slow and xbox getting warmer after 15 mins

Like the title says my GTA 5 is slow(like in monkey bussines i used flaslight and it was pretty slow, and w/o flashlight it still is slow)

I tried to find help in GTA forums but didnt help

I installed game with Hard drive

Xbox 360 e [500GB]

Mine is downloading but it's going really slow. Just hit 50% after about 15 min of DLing.

 

XBox One Fitness

I have had similar problems, with a 35 Mb download and 15 Mb upload speed, there should be no videos freezing, slow buffer pauses and most aggravatingly getting dumped to the xbox home screen while fitness completely reboots on the last 3 minutes of a record
beating 35 min workout. I could have thrown the console through the window. I'm going to stick with it and just hope these flaws phase out through good QA and updates. Been doing lower impact workouts (10 min) to warm up then jumping int the MOSSA to burn.

Did you install the second disc for the game? If so, you should remove that part of the install and run it from the disc as that apparently affects performance.

No i installed with install disc

I also installed this with USB stick after that. Then game was amazingly fast but now its pretty much normal
