GTA 5 disconnecting every 5 minutes online

please help me!

I have bought GTA5 for Xbox one, the game works perfectly apart from being kicked out of online sessions. This can range from 1 minute of playing to 10 minutes of playing and BAM! I get kicked, I play many games online, never have I had an issue. I certainly
hope someone has a fix for this, im using wireless, don't tell me to use an ethernet cable to the modem lol

Disconnecting every 5 minutes

Getting disconnected from Xbox lie every 5 mins for about 3 weeks now. Got a new router yesterday and it didn't help at all. I tried everything and its really pissing me off help

Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

Download Speed

Upload Speed

Latency

Packet Loss %

Wireless Strength (if applicable)

Modem Manufacturer

Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number

NAT Type

That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!

I found the issue, very simple. I only had 2 out of 4 bars of signal strength to my WI-FI router. I moved the router closer to my Xbox, I now have 3 out of 4 bars strength and have played successfully for hours on end now. Will try and Ethernet cable if
I start facing anymore issues.

Me tooo same problem ots driving me crazy please help !!

i have the same problems for 3/4 weeks now. never had any problem and nothing changed. it just started disconnecting for no reason and it *** me off every time i disconnect. i got a new modem new cables everything but nothing worked. i do have open NAT
and got wired connection but i have problem with both wired or wireless.

does anybody know how to fix this? i have tried all 9 steps on the xbox support page.
