    Hi, everytime I try to load gta 5 I just get a blank screen, I have tryed every possible thing I can think of, clearing cache, redownloading it several times, trying to load it without being signed in, help!?

    my son downloaded halo 5 and when finished clicked on the game and the screen went black on return to the home screen

    Hi!

    I was experiencing the same issue, would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

    hello, try to power cycle your console, you can do this by pressing the start button of your console for about 10 seconds then release it

    Try this , on the main menu of the console , press and HOLD 10 sec the powerbutton of the console , wait 30 sec, restart the console and finally try the halo 5

    Try to reboot the console, if this doesn't help then you should consider reinstalling this game completely. Are other games playing correctly on your Xbox?

    I can't start my xbox, please help

    I'm having an issue where its just a blank screen and the xbox doesn't start. it also doesn't shut down unless I hold the power button in for 5-10 seconds. it was working fine yesterday and I uninstalled and reinstalled a game cause gta V looked like it
    was glitching bad and after I went to bed the xbox was not responding :(
