Well, probably the automated system is flagging the gamertag due to can be misleading for someone in another language. Or a part of the gamertag is offensive in another language, etc.

Sincerely there is not an exact reason about why the gamertag is not allowed.

But is not possible to bypass this prohibition

You can try using a similar gamertag, or replacing/deleting letters if you really like that gamertag.

Everyones usage will differ however you can monitor and get an idea yourself by looking at the Bandwidth Usage found in the Xbox settings. To access, do the following:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > All settings > Network > Network settings > Troubleshooting.
3. Select Bandwidth usage from the drop-down menu on the right-hand side of the screen.

When you have the queue running,

Press Nexus >Guide>System>Settings>Network settings>Bandwidth usage and check the figure in the top left corner, Current usage.

Is that in bits/s, Kbits/s, Mb/s or MB/s?

Big differences in the amount of data being transferred per second.

If you set the refresh period to 1 day, the Xbox Series X console will collect bandwidth usage data for 24 hours and then update it in the Settings panel. This will allow you to see how your bandwidth has been used over the previous day.

If you want to delete or reset your bandwidth usage for a month, follow these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Profile & System > Settings.
3. Select System > Updates & Downloads.
4. 4. Select Bandwidth Usage.
5. 5. Select Reset.

This will clear all bandwidth usage data for the current month.

You can also clear or reset the bandwidth usage for a specific game or application. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select My Games and Apps.

3. Select the game or application you want to delete or reset.

4. 4. Select More Options > Game Information.
5. Scroll down to the "Bandwidth Usage" section and select Reset.

This will remove all bandwidth usage data for that game or application.

After spending a lot of time chatting with various Microsoft and Netflix reps I was told that essentially the app is not fully functional with the 4k labeling yet, but still plays the content in 4k. With the One S upscaling everything to 4k, there's no
way to verify this with the output info, but what you can do is play a 4k movie/show, and then double check your bandwidth usage under Settings > All Settings > Network > Bandwidth Usage. Streaming in HD should run about 3GB for an hour, while UHD is about
7GB. Hope this helps.
