GT Racing 2 keeps closing itself after the GAMELOFT start screen.

I have Windows 10. I wanted to check out GT Racing 2 and I installed it. Every time I click on it it shows this screen below:

After
this screen is displayed for about 20 seconds, the program shuts down. I have reset it in App Settings, Re-installed it, and restarted my PC but it still has the same issue.

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with GT Racing 2.

When you start Microsoft Windows, typically there are several programs that start automatically and run in the background that may interfere with the game. Programs
may include antivirus and system utility programs. When you perform a clean startup procedure, you prevent these programs from starting automatically.

Try this:

Perform
a Clean Startup to determine whether background programs are interfering with your games or programs
