Bonjour, alors depuis peu j'ai un problème avec certains amis leurs sons est marqué comme muet dans le groupe et impossible de réactiver leur son même dans le profil, la ou c'est étrange c'est que sur le profil je peut réactiver leur son mais il se remet
en muet une fois le profil quitté ! j'ai tout essayé : changer de groupe, redémarrer la console, vérifier tout les paramètres etc... Sa me le fait au hasard même si j'ai jouer avec la personne un peu avant et que tout marchait bien.

Problème de Chat Privé!

C'est les groupes d'amis il faut live, les chats privés tu n'as pas de besoin et en plus quand j'ai plus live, les chats privés marchait.

When you are able to let's try a cold boot of the console by unplugging it for a full 5 minutes then check again if you are still seeing the muting. If you do then you will want to try a

quick factory reset of the console. Be sure to keep your games and apps installed when asked to do so.

Let us know if those steps help with this.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums, I'd be happy to help.

There may be lapses in your console's connection to Xbox Live chat servers going though your home network, or the issue may be on the other end with the internet connection of the host of the party. Your network is fine for multiplayer gaming, but
the network port for the chat servers may be blocked by your internet service provider.

I suggest opening up other Xbox Live ports and then forwarding them to your router to get an overall better connection than just using port 3074. If you are tech savvy, I recommend following our support guide, "Network
Ports used by Xbox Live on Xbox One", on manually setting up a static IP address on your Xbox and the ports and how to forward them through your router configuration settings. You can also contact your Internet service provider for assitance.
