Groupchat problems

There is a problem in our groupchat. When one of my friends joins a group which there is someone who speaks through the PC (Xbox app), his sound and mic cuts out. Basically, he cant be in a groupchat with someone who's on the Xbox PC app.

I would love for some tips to fix this.

Isnt it weird that this always occurs the same person everytime?

Anyways, me making the group and inviting everyone doesnt work either :/

this has been happening for the past week or so, making a new group doesnt change anything unfortunately

Hi there

I have heard of simular issues before, How many are in group chat and do you know if this friend is on console?. When he gets this error it could be due to insider program and such.

I had this problem to its sometime the xbox app itself you always want to start your own party chat then lnv them to it that normally fixes the problem but sometime when you do join your friends party it dose work but like i said it something to do with
the app

There's about 3-6 people in the group chat at all times.

I forgot to say that this problem only occurs when my friend is in the group chat via Xbox one, the problem doesnt occur when he is on the PC xbox app
