group posts on previous child account

i cant join or create group post. i was a child account but i’m now promoted since i can change my pfp to something custom. i have tried restarting it, unplugging it from the router, but nothing seems to work. i’m on a family account.

i tried all of these but to no avail. i can do it on another account but my progress is all on one so it’s annoying to start over from the start. thank for helping me kyle but i still need answers

Thanks Lucana. Other steps I recommend trying are restarting your router/modem, trying from a different Xbox account, and if you have a Windows PC, try creating a post on that device instead:

Press the Windows logo key + G to open Game Bar.
Select the Widget menu, and then choose Looking for Group.

Is your account a child account? Have you been able to make looking for group posts before?
