    Group post ban


    I play rust console. I rented a server from rust console and am owner on it as of over one year ago. To populate my rust console server i make group posts on xbox as many other people do. How i advertise my server is "As soon as you click you are interested in this post, immediately you will become VIP in this server" . Within rust you have a vast variety of options for the people that join your server and one of them is to have different rankings for different people on your server for example you have User: New player that has joined the server. Then you have VIP: Which is a person that has little bit seniority over others. Moderator: Which is a person that has higher seniority and can do much more and spawn things in, kick people. Etc. Admin: Which is basically an administrator in all aspects. Owner: Owner of the server and above all else, has full control over the entirety of the server. The point of the group post is to stand out from the other servers in which case when people join my server they immediately get a skin,weapons,ammo,tools,building materials. Instead of starting with a rock and torch like official rust servers. With what is in quotations at the beginning of this novel is exactly what xbox gave me a strike for and i cannot communicate or do anything multiplayer wise on xbox for awhile... I do not understand why or what happened. If i were truly at fault i wouldnt be writing this or reaching out this far. Help would be much appreciated. The only thing i could think of is bots or spam on xbox that happens and maybe for some reason my group post was flagged for keywors, other than that im not sure.

    Well,the "you first" comment is worthy of a ban as that's a gross violation of the ToU/CoC.

    Game sharing is meant to be done in the same household with more than one console so if you were sharing with friends then that could also get you into trouble.

    Permanent bans are given if you have multiple suspensions in the past or the offence was so severe that a perma ban was issued.

    You would need to go to the enforcement site HERE to file for a case review if eligible.

    Just be aware that at the time of posting the enforcement site is having some issues at the moment.

    My group post for fallout 76 said “3 afk spots in raid, 15 leader bobbleheads an hour to join” and it banned me for 2 days great auto moderation
    Im just simply speculating but it could be this part.

    With the wording it makes it sound like you are asking for leader bobbleheads in order to join you.

    To avoid this, generally speaking an LFG post should only be something like:

    "looking for x amount of people to play x game at x time"

    LFG posts are for looking for players to play a game with only.Advertising servers,clans etc. is not allowed.

    If you see others doing it then report them.

    Depending on the length of your suspension you may be able to file for a case review on the enforcement site HERE but from what you've described i wouldn't get my hopes up of having the suspension overturned if you can file a appeal.
